The Church of Saint Anthony of Padua

Alpha is a series of interactive sessions where guests have an opportunity to explore life and the Catholic Faith freely in a friendly, and informal environment. No question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish. We don’t assume any background knowledge of or belief in Catholicism and everyone is welcome. Whether you grew up Catholic or never set foot in Church, whether you are 18 or 88, whether you work, are in school, or somewhere in between… Alpha is for everyone. It's also free and includes dinner! Alpha will begin on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 6:30 pm. The program runs for 10 weeks (if you can’t make all the meetings, you can still join). Interested in deepening your faith and meeting other college students who love Jesus??! Then please join us in attending SEEK 2025! The event will take place January 2nd - 5th 2025 in Washington D.C!! We also need sponsors to help fund this opportunity for college students from our area. If you are a high school student or an adult who would like to become a Catholic or would like to be baptized, receive your 1st Holy Communion, and/or be Confirmed, we are happy to help you out! Here at St. Anthony's we have a program for teens called RCIT and for adults called RCIA. Please click below for more information. Even though you can begin at anytime, our official start is the third week in September.
