    • Would you like to become a Catholic? Are you a Catholic who would like to receive the sacraments?

R.C.I.A. is the process known as the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults.  It is the way in which unbaptized adults 18 years and older become a part of the Catholic Church.  They are called catechumens.  Christians who are already baptized and who are also looking to become a part of the Catholic Church along with Catholics who would like to complete their preparation for the sacraments of the Catholic Church are called candidates.  The process involves weekly classes with an opportunity for one on one instruction with our pastor, Fr. Tom, and/or one of the members of the R.C.I.A. team.  A number of rites are celebrated with the parish community as part of the process as well.  The journey culminates with the celebration of the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and First Holy Communion at the Easter Vigil or another day during the Easter Season.  If you are interested in inquiring about this process please contact us.  We would love to welcome you as the newest member of our Church family!  Your journey can begin with a simple click on the button below!
