Thank you for volunteering!  In order to ensure the safety and protection of our young people, anyone volunteering here at the Church of Saint Anthony of Padua who will be working with minors much do the following in complaince with the Safe Environment Policy of the Archdiocese of New York:

1. Please download and read the Code of Conduct.
2. Please download and read the Sexual Misconduct Policy Summary.
3. Please download and complete the Safe Environment Questionaire.
4. Please fill out a Background Check Form. If you are under 18, a parent signature is required on this form as well.
5. Please regsiter to participate in a 45 minute Safe Environment class. Start HERE to register. You can find instructions on how to register HERE.
